Rohan , a commerce graduate from St.Xavier, Kolkata is a self taught footwear designer , with no formal training in designing , his shoes are to die for . His designs carry a sense of Indianness so aesthetically . Inspired by yesteryear Bollywood movies and, items songs, he is using Indian fabrics , embroideries in charming and fun ways . Rohan is not only designing modern and fashionable footwear but also doing his bit in preserving real shoe making craft techniques which were mainly hand made.
He launched his brand in 2008 and since then he has presented collections like “ Naya Daur, Kal Aaaj aur Kal , Leela and latest one is “ Item - showcased in Lakme Fashion Week Winter – Festive – 2012”
